Returns Policy

Please purchase with intent. All sales are FINAL. As careful as we try to package your items, we understand that sometimes items arrived damaged. In this case please save the damaged item and all of its packaging. Send us photos of the damaged items and packaging within three business days to customerservice@linenandrusthome.com we will happily take care of you. If your expecting a replacement for a damaged item please expect it to take up to four weeks. 

Shipping

At the moment, we are only shipping to addresses in the United States. We hope to include international shipping in the near future.We offer $10 flat rate shipping on most items so go ahead and add multiple items! Furniture and lighting will have an additional shipping fee added. Please allow up to 15 days for your item to be shipped, unless you have ordered a pre-order item or a special order product. In that case please allow additional shipping time. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order, and a tracking number will always be provided at the time of shipping.

Please also note that the shipping rates for some of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
